Old Town

The Old Town Community Association calls the neighborhood the cultural hub of downtown Portland. Its map covers Ankeny Alley, Japantown, New Chinatown, Skidmore and the Waterfront. The association points visitors to eclectic shopping, museums and a culinary scene.
